ParticipantIf a user subscribes to an English product and we change its stock status to “In Stock,” the email is sent correctly in English. The issue only occurs with the Arabic product — when a user subscribes to the Arabic version, the stock availability confirmation email should be sent in Arabic even if the stock status is updated from the English product.
the above is actually we needed.
Hope you are understading the problem.
And we are waiting for you with a solution for this.
Thanks

ParticipantHi,
Thank you for the response. We would like to clarify our issue with these key points:
We use a translated product (Arabic version of an English product).
Users subscribe from the Arabic product page, and the subscription confirmation emails (to user & admin) are correctly sent in Arabic — no problem here.
When we change the English product’s stock status from “Out of Stock” to “In Stock”, both English and Arabic products are updated (as expected, since they are linked translations), but no “Back in Stock” email is triggered.
✅ Stock status is updated
❌ No email sentHowever, if we open the Arabic product in the admin and just click “Update” (without changing anything), then the “Back in Stock” email gets triggered, but it is sent in English instead of Arabic.
