Just to confirm, we are using a WordPress WooCommerce Multinetwork setup with subdirectories. In this setup, all subsites share the same WordPress installation and the same FTP access as the main site. There are no separate FTP credentials for each subsite — once you log in via FTP, you can access the entire installation.
Also from the admin dashboard you can see different dashboard for each website. So in this we can install plugins or theme according to the dashboard.
Also same like you check on the main site we have dashboard for https://stg-emiratespridelive-cloneepp.kinsta.cloud/ae/wp-admin
here also so you can just login to the main site you will get each site access and you can check the issues same like main website.eppkinstastage

Also I’m not sure what you did for autotrigger email once change stock status from english. So may be any code like multisite blog id to check for that functionality to all sites may help. Im not sure about it. So better to test or debug from your side.

I checked it by deleted the current plugin and installed the above one that you sent.
So now the emails are working fine but one problem.
see in this website can you have a look at this ? Bcz if i subscribed a arabic product then I changed the product out of stock status to instock from english product page. But emails are not sending. But main website its working well. So here I go to arabic product page and click on the update button from edit page. After that only the email sent by arabic. So please check and let me know. If the email sent automatically by changing english will be great same like main website.So please check and test then let me know

– everything is now working perfectly as expected.However, we noticed that the same fix is not yet applied to the other websites in this multinetwork setup:
For example, on the /ae site, after translating everything, emails are still being sent in English when placed from the Arabic pages (checked both in guest mode and normal browsing). Additionally, only emails triggered from Arabic product stock updates are being sent, while the behavior is not consistent with the main website fix.
We kindly request you to apply the same fix implemented on the main site to these network sites as well.

I hope you’re doing well.
I tested the scenario exactly as shown in your shared video. I set the default language of my test customer account to Arabic and subscribed to an out-of-stock product. When I updated the Arabic version of the product to “in stock,” I received the stock notification email in Arabic:
“المنتج الذي اشتركت فيه على Emiratespride متوفر الآن”
That part works correctly, as demonstrated.
However, the issue arises when updating the English version of the product. Since the products are synchronized through WPML, updating the English product stock status to “in stock” should also trigger the email notification—but it does not. In real usage, admins or store managers will typically update the product status from the English product, not the Arabic one. So the email should be triggered when the English version is updated as well.
Another important point: as you know, most customers register from the front-end using the My Account or Checkout pages. They are not created from the admin panel. Therefore, they don’t have a manually set default language in their WordPress user profile.
Customers might browse and place orders in either English or Arabic based on the selected site language. For example:
If they purchase or subscribe from the Arabic version of the site, they should receive Arabic emails.
If they use the English site, they should receive emails in English.
For guest users (non-logged-in customers), the email language should match the language they were using at the time of subscription.
WooCommerce handles all other transactional emails (order confirmations, etc.) correctly in this way—based on the selected language during the purchase—without requiring any manual language setting in the user account.
Therefore, our request is:
Please ensure that the stock availability email is triggered correctly regardless of which language version (English or Arabic) is updated, and the email is sent in the correct language based on the product page where the user subscribed—just like how WooCommerce handles order emails.This is essential for a proper multilingual user experience, and this logic should be handled by the plugin or email trigger setup on your side.

And I registered this user from the english https://stg-emiratespridelive-cloneepp.kinsta.cloud/my-account/ page.
So if i tried from arabic page I got arabic email.
But regarding stock available email is get as english version . That is our issue. Also I checked it as a logged in customer.And another one is vishnusahith123@gmail.com. as registered from the https://stg-emiratespridelive-cloneepp.kinsta.cloud/my-account/?lang=ar
arabic page. and tried the same but stock avaialble email only sent it as english version we have facing same issue earlier not a fix.it should sent arabic email once arabic product is instock. or if change from english product status. always in anycase it showing english version only for issue related to “Your Subscribed product on Emiratespride is available now” this email. all other tow email are showing proper arabic.
So please check from your side and let me know.

I registered the user from arabic myaccount page and tried an arabic product to instock. please mot only “Your Subscribed product on Emiratespride is available now” this email is showing in english. other subscribed email and admin email is already in arabic no issue.
So registered users also have issue.. Please cross check and give a solution.

ParticipantHi Support. I checked the staging. Still I’m facing the same issue. No any fix found.
Still I receive “Your Subscribed product on Emiratespride is available now” Once I make update the product from arabic page instead of english.
That means email trigger is not proper or sync with english and arabic product as i mentioned and also if i make it from arabic still the stock avaialble email only in english.
“Your Subscribed product on Emiratespride is available now” this one.
Did you received arabic email once you make it product from outofstock to instock earlier ?
Just check and let me know also mention the steps that you did for testing.
