Hi there, Thank you for getting back to us and for sharing the details.

As you can understand, the functionality of a plugin should not vary between the main website and subsites. Since the flow is working fine on the main site, it should logically work the same way on the subsites as well. As it is not working on a specific subsite, this indicates that the issue is site-specific rather than related to our plugin.

That being said, since we do not have expertise in multisite networks, it is quite difficult for us to debug subsite-specific issues from our end. We hope you understand our limitation in this regard.

Oh okay but I tried everything . there is no any fatal error or something in the sites. So may be any strings or something not translated like mainwebsite cause this issue anyway we will recheck it properly and update you.

    Hi Support.
    Okay thanks.

And I checked by translating all strings same like mainwebsite to all network subsites and checked. I noticed that once i manually go to arabic product and click on update button sent arabic product available email for subsites. So this should we need it automatic once we change status of english to instock.

And another thing I noticed that

Thank you for expressing interest in %product_title%. We will notify you via email once it is back in stock.

This string is translated in main website it will show once you subscribed in front end. But all other websites it still shows in english.

So that the subscribed email also sent as english instead of arabic . Also admin notification also in english from arabic subscribe only the maunal change status email is shows as arabic. So something related to translations may happening issue on autotrigger arabic email and the above translations.

So please have a look at to the subsites by making outofstock and try the same way you checked on main site So you can understand what is the issue.

    Thanks for your support.

If you check and get a solution for this our overall issue will be solved.

    Best Regards,
    Sahith K

    Hi there,

I completely understand your concern. However, as we mentioned earlier, we do not have expertise with multisite setups. This makes it quite difficult for us to debug issues on subsites when the same flow works fine on the main site. I hope you can understand why I say this—if the issue were reproducible on your main site or on our end, we would certainly debug it and provide you with a fix, as we have done in the past. But for subsites, this falls outside our area of expertise, and I don’t want to give you false hope.

That being said, if you can provide us with separate main site where the mentioned issues are reproducible, we’ll be more than happy to investigate further and assist you accordingly.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Regards
    Team Notifima

    Hi support Team,

We are using your stock notify your plugin along with WPML for product translations (English and Arabic). The plugin works fine when a customer subscribes in either language — the notification is sent correctly.

    However, we noticed one issue:

When we update the stock status of the English product, WPML automatically syncs this change to the Arabic translation.

The English subscribers receive the notification email correctly.

But the Arabic subscribers do not receive the notification unless we manually edit/update the Arabic product once.

This means the stock sync from WPML is not triggering your plugin’s email for translated products.

Could you please confirm if your plugin supports WPML stock synchronization, or guide us on how to ensure that:

When the English product stock changes → Arabic stock is also updated (WPML already handles this).

The Arabic subscribers automatically get the notification email in Arabic, without having to manually update the Arabic product.

This feature is important for our woocommerce store setup.
    Looking forward to your guidance.

Also you can check it now on the main website have issue with email trigger if we change english status the subscribed arabic product not sending any email.

This is same for subsites also. So once you give a fix in this condition will solve issues for all our subsites also.

You can check now the main website and try to get a solution in this condition.
    Best Regards,
    Sahith K.

Hello there, Thank you for getting in touch with us.

We’ve checked the flow on our end, and the emails are being triggered correctly in different languages based on the user’s subscription. You can see the examples here: https://tinyurl.com/2ym4fq7s
    , https://tinyurl.com/29ggmu82.

When checking your test site, we noticed that you’re currently using an older version of our plugin (3.0.4). Since WPML support for email was added in version 3.0.5 of Notifima, we kindly request you to update the plugin to the latest version and test the flow again.

If you still face any issues after updating, please let us know—we’ll be happy to assist further.

    Hi Support,
I updated the plugin and checked. And I noticed that using the quick edit product I changed the outof stock english product status to instock. But no any email is sent at that time for subscribed arabic product.

Then i edit the english product and just click on the update button again it sents arabic email. So issues is need to update the button twice after that the email of arabic is sent. So still facing issue.

Can you please check from your end in this staging environment and solve it please.

    Best Regards,
    Sahith K

    Hi there,

Thank you for getting back to us. We’ve reviewed the flow on our end, and as mentioned earlier, emails are being triggered when updating the English product itself.

On your staging site, however, we noticed something unusual — the emails for translated products are triggered only after clicking the update button twice.

Not to worry, our development team is already looking into this, and we’ll keep you posted as soon as we have an update.

    Team Notifima

    Hi there,

We’ve further reviewed the issue on your site and it appears that the delay may be related to your email server. When we click the update button for the English product, the “in stock” email is triggered instantly. However, for the Arabic product, the email is triggered only after some time.

So please check the same on your end and let us know if there is anything else we can assist you with.

    Team Notifima

    Hi Team Notifima,

Thanks for your responses. I’d like to clarify why we don’t believe this issue is related to our email server:

When updating the English product stock, the email is triggered instantly — so the server is sending without delay.

The Arabic product stock is synced immediately by WPML (we can see the “In Stock” status on the frontend right away), but the Notify plugin does not trigger the email until we click the update button a second time.

If this was a server delay, the first update should also eventually send the email. But in our case, the first update never sends the Arabic email at all — only the second update does.

This shows the email server is working correctly. The actual issue seems to be that the Notify plugin does not catch the stock status change on translated WPML products when the original (English) product is updated.

Can you please confirm if the Notify plugin is fully compatible with WPML product stock synchronization?
If not, could your dev team provide a fix or snippet so the email is triggered for translated products as soon as the English stock status changes?

    Thank you for your support.

    Hello there,

We checked the flow again on your end and, to investigate further, we installed the Email Log plugin. This plugin records all triggered emails, which helps us identify whether the emails are being sent simultaneously from our plugin and if the delay is happening only at the server level.

However, we’re not seeing any logs generated in the plugin, which prevents us from analyzing further.

Could you please let us know if you are using any similar plugin to track triggered emails? This will help us continue testing on your site, as the issue is not replicable on our end.

We look forward to hearing back from you.

    Team Notifima
