Introduction
By purchasing or downloading any product/products from our website, you are granted a non-exclusive limited license to use the products, as per the terms and conditions outlined by Notifima, TechMonastic Solutions Pvt Ltd.Please carefully read, review and be sure you understand our terms of use prior to downloading or using any of the materials or Products from notifima.com.
Updates/Upgrades
Notifima abides by the following Terms in case of product updates during the validity of the license.
- If you have a valid and active license key, and your extension(s) supports it, updates will be delivered automatically from the WordPress dashboard
- If your extension(s) does not support automatic upgrades due to server error, then updates can be downloaded from your account page on this site.
- Upgrades are available for a duration the specified time period in accordance with your licensing terms from the date of purchase. To continue receiving upgrades after this period, a new license must be purchased or the existing license renewed.
- The decision to renew your subscription is at your discretion. We recommend considering the renewal of your subscription to stay current with the latest updates, features, and improvements in our products.
- You may not resell access to your support license key.
Automatic Payment Terms for Renewal Order
By making a purchase using Credit/Debit Cards or PayPal or Stripe, you are consenting to automatic renewals by default. You have the option to enable or disable auto-renewal settings.
If you choose not to cancel automatic payments, the following will transpire:
1. To avoid automatic renewal following the specified time period in accordance with your licensing terms, please cancel automatic payments during the purchase if you do not plan to renew your license.
2. Your account will be charged automatically.
3. Auto-renewal payments for any product are non-refundable.
License
Our WordPress themes and plugins are released under the GNU Public License version 2.0, Except Notifima Pro. We strongly discourage you to offer them, modified or unmodified, for redistribution or resale of any kind.
The license key ensures updates from our servers. If you do not activate the license, the plugin will not function.
Each product from our site includes support for the duration of time agreed by the User and Notifima. This date is calculated from the minute the order has been marked as complete. If you do not have a valid license, you will not be able to download any of your purchased products
Support
The following terms and conditions are applicable in the case of receiving support from our team during the duration of the license.
- Support is available for one year from the date of purchase.
- In case you wish to get support after the duration of the term agreed by the User and Notifima, you must purchase or renew a license at the given value for the extension you wish to get support for.

Try before Buying
All our products have a live demo so that our customers can check what they are buying. We advise you to properly check our plugins and ask questions on our support email, live chat (it’s the faster way) or social media. Our expert support engineers are available to answer all your questions related to our products.
Limitation on Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Notifima, and its affiliates, agents, co-branders, partners, suppliers and employees be liable for –
- Any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the Service; and
- Any damage, loss or injury resulting from hacking, tampering or other unauthorized access or use of the Service or User account or the information contained therein;
- Any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content;
- personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from User access to or use of the Service;
- Any unauthorized access to or use of the Owner’s secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein;
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service;
- Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Service;
- Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Service.
- The defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any User or third party. In no event shall Notifima, and its affiliates, agents, co-branders, partners, suppliers and employees be liable for any claims, proceedings, liabilities, obligations, damages, losses or costs in an amount exceeding the amount paid by User to Notifima hereunder in the preceding the period of duration of this agreement (as per the purchased licensing terms) between Notifima and User, whichever is shorter.
This limitation of liability section shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law in the applicable jurisdiction whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if the company has been advised of the possibility of such damage.
Refund Policy
Notifima provides a refund policy for customers within 15 days of their purchase. A full refund will be granted if the item(s) is broken, not functioning properly, or lacks features as described on the pricing page.We have confidence in the seamless performance of our products, and if any issues arise, our dedicated support team is ready to assist in resolving them.Please note that refund requests will not be entertained beyond 15 days from the actual purchase date. To initiate a refund, users are required to contact us here. It’s important to distinguish between a broken item and receiving an error message or encountering difficulties configuring the product to achieve the desired result. Error messages are often associated with improper setup, hosting issues, configuration problems, plugin conflicts, or missing files, which can result in the item not functioning properly.

Custom Coding
The Custom Team functions autonomously and is distinct from the product development team. For inquiries regarding their terms and conditions, it is required to initiate contact with the Custom Team from here.
The custom team solely has the power to accept/reject requests based on prior commitments and their timeline. If the custom team agrees to accept your request, then the charges will depend upon the requirements. These charges include only the coding, testing before the final code is submitted to you. Once the final code is submitted, future updates, maintenance, bug fixes, etc are not covered in the above charges. Any maintenance/upgrade work to custom code is chargeable.
Before marking the project as complete (final code submission), custom team will ask you to test and confirm if everything works fine. If some issues, custom team will investigate and make them work. If all is good, that marks this project as complete.
At the time of code submission, custom team will make sure the custom code works with your existing configuration. In case after the submission or anytime in your life, if you change the configuration (add/delete plugins, upgrade/downgrade versions/themes) and there is an error, custom team won’t take responsibility for it nor be held responsible for any form of compensations. This is solely because the plugins and website space are dynamic, if you add/delete a plugin or upgrade/downgrade your website, there might be compatibility issues that may or may not be related to the custom code written from their end. The custom team recommends you to test everything on a test server and only then go about making changes in live.
Ownership and Liability
You do not have the right to claim intellectual or exclusive ownership of any of our products. All products are the property of Notifima/ Techmonastic Solution Pvt Ltd and are provided ‘as is,’ without any warranty, whether expressed or implied. We are not liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, arising from the use or inability to use our products.
All iconography, imagery, CSS, and branding are licensed under a proprietary license for unlimited personal use (unless otherwise specified or falling under GPL) and cannot be redistributed without the explicit written consent of Notifima/ Techmonastic Solution Pvt Ltd.
User Accounts and Product Licenses are not transferable
If you are a contractual developer or a representative of a person, please ask them to purchase the product from us directly. It saves time on both sides when we follow up on support tickets.
Price Changes
Notifima reserves the right, at any time, to alter or cease support licenses, either temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. Prices for all products are subject to change, and any adjustments will be communicated on the site.
Acceptable Use Policy
All products offered by Notifima are intended for lawful purposes only. The transmission or storage of any information, data, or material in violation of federal, state, or local laws is strictly prohibited. Customers agree to indemnify and release Notifima from any claims arising from their use of the service, causing damage to themselves or any other parties, including legal fees.
Notifima is not responsible for any service interruptions or financial losses related to the enforcement of its terms.
